My journey in the regulated cannabis industry began over 13 years ago, and I've since dedicated myself to mastering the art and science of commercial cannabis cultivation. Based in the vibrant hub of Las Vegas, I've had the privilege of managing and consulting with large-scale cultivation facilities spanning diverse markets, including Colorado, Massachusetts, California, Nevada, Missouri, and even internationally in Colombia.

My experience encompasses a wide range of facility sizes, from 10,000 sq ft to expansive 500,000 sq ft operations, covering both sophisticated indoor cultivation and efficient greenhouse environments. This breadth of experience allows me to tailor solutions to the unique challenges and opportunities of each project.

Growing up in Virginia, I honed my leadership skills through competitive swimming and coaching, learning the importance of teamwork and motivation.
